pixx.io is made for large and small teams. If you need more feautures, you can easily upgrade and switch your pixx.io plan. As a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, pixx.io is cloud-based. This means: No more hardware and IT-infrastructure limitations.
Secure infrastructure
We leverage Open Telekom Cloud to host your data. The servers are operated to German data protection standards.Our service provider is ISO/IEC 27001 certified – the global security standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). It reassures a reliable environment and that your data is safe.

pixx.io is fully compliant with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). With our secure servers and safe internal workflows and processes, we ensure highest data security and protection.

Safe data centers
The data centers are highly protected against failure – operation is guaranteed –, but also physically against break-ins. Ramparts, meter-high security fences, specially trained security staff, and hundreds of surveillance cameras and motion sensors don't let anybody in who isn't authorized.
SHA256, RSA & HTTPS
The IT department knows what we are talking about. All data that is transmitted between an enduser's device and pixx.io is secured by the SHA256 with RSA signature encryption method and encrypted using HTTPS. We make sure that data is not tampered with and is authentic. No one can listen in or manipulate messages.
Active security management
For us, safety is the basis of our product and the foundation for good customer relations. That's why regular tests and checks of the IT in changing security situations are naturally part of our design and development process.
Flexible user permissions
With flexible rights management, you (can) ensure that only selected people have access to your content
Daily backups against data loss
With us, you're protected from data loss thanks to a backup and recovery plan. We back up all your data on a daily basis and (can) restore different backup states. Daily backups are kept for 7 days, and one backup per month is available for up to 6 months/ half a year.
Safely share media files
Securely share your data with others via your own portal. This is ensured by password protection, terms of use, download consent, watermark protection or the possibility of time restrictions when downloading .
