The services are governed by German law.
To prevent international government access to and transfer of non-personal data to and from countries where such access or transfer would conflict with Union law or German law, the provider takes appropriate technical, organizational, and contractual measures. These include: hosting and data processing primarily in the EU or in countries with an adequate level of data protection; encryption of data, e.g., during transmission; technical access restrictions, e.g., identity and access management; password managers, single sign-on with 2FA, authorization management, monitoring and logging of access attempts, geofencing and IP restrictions, regular penetration tests, employee training, internal policies, employee confidentiality obligations, vetting and contractual obligations of subcontractors, and regular audits of subcontractors.
